Since 1994, Joey has cast live action and animated series for Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Discovery Kids, Hallmark, FOX, CBS, ABC, NBC and PBS.

She has been instrumental in starting the acting careers of Shia LaBeouf, Jessica Alba, Hilary Duff, Aly Michalka, Jason Earles, Kyle Massey, Madison Pettis, Rachel Crow, Cassie Scerbo, Nathalia Ramos, Maiara Walsh and Naya Rivera.

Joey began her own show business career singing with the Chicago Lyric Opera as a child and did her first operatic lead at the age of 14. She progressed to performing in film, television, animation voiceovers and was a spokesperson for Taco Bell for over 4 years. As an acting coach,

Joey is able to share her acting and casting background to help give better understanding to actors so they can have insight from a teacher who understands both sides.

Classes cover scene study, auditioning, cold reading, improv, comedy, on camera, commercials, and animation voiceovers. Private coaching is also available. Joey holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from California Institute of the Arts.
